When I looked at my DxDiag file it seems to indicate that my AMD Radeon HD 7800 actually does meet the minimum specs, with 3 values shown one being 4Gb and the other two at 2Gb. They then replied to say that my graphics card did not meet the minimum specs for the game which is shown on their website as 2Gb.
